Our Services

We understand ourselves as general operating law-firm with high grade of specialization in many fields. The idea is to help individuals in all their legal matters, and cover business-clients problems from “start to end”. We take care of the regular additional matters of for example executives (if they need help in private law-cases) as well as of the whole business. We plan, start and transfer business, we help also transferring it to the next generation, or terminating in cases where needed.

If the executive/owner/officer has problems of whatever kind we can handle that too, for example did, divorce, car accident, etc. .

We do also the whole scope of tax work including international aspects. The whole EU is full of international tax problems, and most of our clients are internationally operating, at least in the EU (the next state is 30 minutes by car away).
